The chrome metal plates measure 3 7/8" x 2 1/2" with notches all around for rubberbands.  A vanished signed banknote or a prediction or whatever your imagination will lead you to will be found banded tightly between these plates which are contained in a velvet drawstring bag.  Includes special gimmick to introduce item to inside of plates.  Condition fine.
