What you have is a pear shape pull for the vanish of a silk (not supplied) along with a sturdy mesh style cigarette vanisher for a lit cigarette that may later be retrieved as it will stay lit inside.  Includes instructions for the pull and the vanisher as well.  These P and L items are in unused very fine condition.
