1922, soft cover, 48 pages with illustrations for the various magic effects contained within a Gilbert Mysto Magic Set in New Haven, CT.  Condition rear page with tatter and some stain to spine, front cover 15 pages in has a 1/2" break top center, otherwise internals very good especially for something nearly 100 years old.
