This would remind one of the type of restraint as the Siberian Chain effect.  Lots of fun may be had beyond the having a spectator throw solid loops that impossibly penetrate your bound thumbs and land on your arms.  Looping onto a spectators arm or a chair back and more are possible with this.  Includes illustrated instructions and not easy to find.  Condition very fine.
