Description

Three dollar bills, provided by as many spectators, are folded in accordance with the performer's instructions by the owners so that the faces of the bills (which show the serial numbers) are on the inside of the folds.  Each bill is folded a number of times, so that a small packet is obtained, and the folds secured by a paper clip.  The bills are openly collected on the back of a writing tablet, dropped into a hat or glass bowl, where they are mixed and one chosen at random by a volunteer assistant from the audience.  The selected bill is opened and the assisting spectator requested to note its serial number and think of it intently.  Although the performer has had no opportunity to see the faces of the bills at any time and, in fact, has never touched the bills, he takes a dark pencil or crayon in hand and jots a number on the pad.  Immediate verification discloses that he has unerringly duplicate the thought-of serial number.  Includes 3 pages of instructions by Oscar Weigle.  Condition very fine.
