Made of brass measuring 2 1/2" tall with a diameter of 3/4" and at first look has the appearance of a bill tube but in this we find a divination. From an European collection, this had within three miniature wooden spools of different colors giving assumption that it could be divining which of three were placed within. Knowing this will allow for peek you may substitute other items as well. The top is a sleeve over fit having a reeded edge as well. The close tolerance fit on the gimmick is extremely well done.
