Performer shows two stands with covers which are removed to show one has a white rabbit the other has a black one. Placing the covers back on the clever performer shows that the design and color of each cover is the same on the back side. With pride the performer lifts away the covers showing that the rabbits have magically exchanged places!  The audience are quick to catch on that this was merely a ruse to turn the rabbits around. The performer places covers back on and with the same actions of turning the covered rabbits he triumphantly removes the covers showing they magically transposed again! With a few moans the audience the magician covers the rabbits again turning them and for a third time removes covers showing they have hippity hopped once more. A this time the audience may actually be vocal in their disgust of performer thinking he can get away with this. Hearing the complaints the magician listens to cries of turn the rabbits around which he finally does. Instead of the rabbits having opposite colors on the back as first thought, they are seen to be bright yellow on one and red on the other. This is a fitting finish to the effect!
