What you have is a 12 bloom bush that stands 25" high with the base pot container made of wood measuring 7 1/4" high with top edge 8 1/2 square. The mechanism on this particular model is that of a plunger in the center of the bush that is pushed down which draws the blooms into their respective cups. Once this is done a lever is engaged which locks everything in place until the moment which the magician desires the blooms to slowly emerge giving the effect of growing. This needs to be worked on as it doesn't function quite the way it should and there for it is being auctioned is as is condition.
