European Chrome Metal Drum Head Tube.  Measures 4 13/16" long x 1 1/2" diameter with Pointed Gimmick Load.   One often thinks of this with silk productions or silk vanish with reappearance inside a previously shown empty tube, however one could have a lose material as salt, sand, sugar or similar in the load.   Just food for thought. 

Tube is shown empty from both ends and using two retaining rings tissue squares are used to cap both ends.  After this is done and some patter by play the tube is taken up and drum head broken and out from within comes the surprise production.

Solidly made and in very fine condition.
