This stands 14" high to the top of the balloon holding hoops and all made of plated metal.  This is made so that the hoops can be removed as they have a tab that fits into a holder at the top of the stand which makes transportation easier.   A card is selected and signed and lost back in the deck.  The deck is placed upon the platform and a balloon is inflated and placed in the hoops.  When the magician desires the balloon pops in the same card is now seen in place!  The mechanics of this are so nice to achieve the end goal.  Includes illustrated instructions.  Condition minor spotting otherwise everything works as it should.
