This attractively made case may first be shown empty with a medal fob on the interior and nothing more.  The lid is slid is place and the case is placed down.  Upon opening, a coin, an Elizabeth II coin is now within giving the look of a medal.   Clever working and well made of plex, measuring 2 5/8" long without lid and 1 3/4" wide with 5/8" height.  Condition First Rate.
