This is made of metal with a original use for three cards to appear in a balloon as it has two wing like holders that have springs and a center fixed one.  This will require some work to to bring it to usable condition but the main part is here. This stands 13 3/8" high and base measures 6 3/8 deep by 5 3/8" wide having a depth of 1 3/8". Metal has some surface corrosion.
