The magician starts to do a Miser's Dream routine by pulling coins out of the air. Then he invites a child up on stage and proceeds to produce coins for him. They appear from his ear, elbow, nose, mouth or wherever. Finally the magician asks the child if he knows where all of this money is coming from. "You know money doesn't grow on trees!"  With that the magician reaches down behind the child and produces a giant three foot tall Money Tree!  Includes instructions.
