A square tube of wood measuring 16 1/2" and 1 1/4" square is divided at its mid-section and held together by a durable hinge. The idea is to drop a ribbon in one end having it exit the other leaving an even amount hanging out of each side. When it is folded open they see the ribbon which is then cut and tube folded back together. Instantly the ribbon is withdrawn and seen to be undamaged! Sample ribbon included, you will need to supply your own. It is clever how the ribbon piece to be cut is concealed.

Condition: black elastic band due to age has stretched and will need to be replaced for working, otherwise fine.
