Description

The magician displays three coins, each from a different country: a silver United States Half Dollar, a copper English penny, and a brass Chinese coin with a hole through the middle.  Each coin is displayed fairly on both sides to show that it is genuine.  The magician then introduces an examinable aluminum "slug".  He explains that this is a "universal coin" and that this is how a coin looks just prior to minting.  To demonstrate the minting process, he merely touches the blank slug against the Half Dollar, and suddenly the slug is a Half-Dollar!   The two coins are shown on both sides.

Continuing with his demonstration of magical minting, the magician presses the newly minted Half-Dollar against the copper English penny and it now becomes a penny!  The coins are again shown on both sides.

The penny is pressed on the brass Chinese coin and it becomes a Chinese coin as well, complete with a genuine hole through the middle.  Finally, the magician erases the "mint marks" from the Chinese coin, and it reverts to an aluminum slug.  At the finish, the four coins are totally examinable.  Includes instructions of 19 pages with photo illustrations.
