Description

Can't open, Can't close at the will of Performer.  This can be very funny when you hand this pair to an adult spectator and ask them to cut a piece of rope during your routine and they cannot get the scissors open.  Taking the scissors from them you open them and hand back then they cannot get the blades to close to cut your rope!  Condition very fine.
